We are delighted to be a part of The National Lottery Football Weekends. If you are a National Lottery player, you will be able to come and watch our home JD Cymru Leagues match against Llandudno FC on Saturday March 26th with a friend and get one of the tickets for free!

As fans, you know full well how damaging the pandemic has been to clubs like ours. Thankfully National Lottery players stepped in, providing £12.5million of support to clubs in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

As thanks for the essential support, 231 clubs in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are now taking part in The National Lottery Football Weekends.

We will, for one home fixture, run a special ‘Buy One Get One Free’ ticket offer for National Lottery players to take someone – potentially for the very first time – to a game.

For every paying adult who shows on entry at the game a National Lottery ticket, they will be able to bring one guest (adult, child or concession) with them for free. All National Lottery products qualify, whether a National Lottery draw-based game e.g Lotto, scratchcard or online instant win game, whether purchased in store, on The National Lottery website, or via The National Lottery app.

Season ticket holders may also bring one free guest if they attend with a National Lottery ticket.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CYMRU LEAGUES ‘FREE GUEST ENTRY’ PROMOTION
1. These are the terms and conditions which apply to the free football match guest entry promotion run by Football Association of Wales Limited, and our Promotion Partners during the designated period of the promotion, whether on our or their websites, social media platforms, on-air or otherwise (‘Promotion’). Our ‘Promotion Partners’ are The National Lottery (operated by Camelot UK Lotteries Limited) and various association football clubs participating in the JD Cymru Premier, JD Cymru North and JD Cymru South leagues (Cymru Leagues). 2. By entering or participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions along with any other Specific Rules which relate to the Promotion. Specific Rules might include entry instructions and any other specific details, rules or conditions relating to a particular match forming part of the Promotion, and will be published on our or our Promotion Partners’ websites, social media platforms, or may be found in any other media which features the Promotion. The Specific Rules will usually (but may not always) refer to these terms and  conditions. 3. In these terms and conditions, ‘we’, ‘ us’, ‘our’ and ‘Promoter ‘ all mean Football Association of Wales Limited (the operator of the Cymru Leagues). Promotion Period
4. The Promotion will be applicable to all JD Cymru Premier, JD Cymru North and JD Cymru South league football matches played on the following weekends: 25-27 March 2022 and 1-3 April 2022, and the following additional matches:
11 March 2022 – Llandudno FC v Colwyn Bay FC – JD Cymru North, 08 April 2022 – Llanelli Town v Afan Lido – JD Cymru South, 15 April 2022 – Conwy Borough v Colwyn Bay – JD Cymru North
Entering or Participating in the Promotion
5. The Promotion will be open to individuals who are UK residents and aged 18 or over. 6. To take up the Promotion offer, follow the process outlined below, and/or as otherwise stated in the Specific Rules for a specific match forming part of the Promotion. 7. Under the Promotion, a full paying adult spectator (including a full adult home club season ticket holder) attending one of the specified matches who evidences to the satisfaction of the relevant home club that they have purchased a National Lottery product of any kind will be permitted to bring one guest with them into the match free of charge. The National Lottery Product can be shown in physical form or, for online draw-based games or instant win games, in digital form e.g. proof of purchase via your National Lottery account on your mobile phone. Photos of, or photocopies of, National Lottery products will not be accepted. There are no time restrictions on how old the National Lottery product is so long as the person presenting the product is 18+. 8. All National Lottery products qualify for the promotion, whether a National Lottery draw-based game e.g. Lotto, Euromillions or Set For Life, or a scratch card or online instant win game, whether purchased in store, on the National Lottery website, or via The National Lottery app. 9. For the purposes of this Promotion, each person may only purchase a maximum of two adult tickets for a match and will therefore be able to bring up to two guests (adult, child or concession) for free. 10. The total number of free guest entries which may be claimed at each match forming part of the Promotion is restricted. At each JD Cymru Premier match, a maximum of 500 free guest entries may be claimed. At each JD Cymru North and JD Cymru South match, a maximum of 250 free guest entries may be claimed. 11. Free guest entry to a match under this Promotion is subject to availability and will be made available on a first come, first serve basis, unless otherwise stated. Free guest entry may only be claimed at the relevant turnstiles/gates at the home club’s ground on the day of the relevant match, unless otherwise stated. We and/or the relevant home club may communicate further details about how to claim free guest entry for a specific match via our or their social media channels ahead of the match. 12. The Promotion offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer that any home club decides to activate for a specific match. 13. Third party terms and conditions apply to the Promotion where applicable. For example, where free guest entry is claimed at a home club’s ground, you and any guest will not only be bound by these terms and conditions, but also those of the home club, the venue owner’s rules, and any terms and conditions set out on matchday tickets. 14. If any match forming part of this Promotion is abandoned after it has started, then any refunds for paying spectators shall be determined as per each relevant home club’s policy on the matter.
Liability
15. Your entry or participation in the Promotion is at your own risk. If the Promotion requires that you undertake any physical activity please ensure, before entering or participating in the Promotion, that you are in good health, that you have informed us before or at the time of claiming the Promotion offer of any underlying medical condition, physical or other impairment or medication you are taking which may be relevant and which could adversely affect your use or enjoyment of the promotional offer, or ability to claim the offer. 16. If we or our Promotion Partners consider that you or your entry are in breach of these terms and conditions, or if we or our Promotion Partners have grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Promotion), without limiting the options available to us or them, we and our Promotion Partners reserve the right in our sole discretion (and without us incurring any liability) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person we reasonably believe to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. We and our Promotion Partners also reserve the right to disqualify you from the Promotion (without us incurring any liability) if in our reasonable opinion you or your guests or travel companions conduct yourselves in a way which is abusive or which exposes you or others to any medical, security, safety or similar risk whatsoever (including if you are intoxicated or abusive in any way). You agree that you will not do anything which is likely to bring us or any of our Promotion Partners into disrepute or which might adversely affect our reputation or the Promotion. 17. Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes our (or any third party’s) liability arising from fraud or from death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, to the fullest extent permissible by law, we (and our Promotion Partners) (a) shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party and (b) exclude all liability to you and anyone else for any indirect loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion and your use or enjoyment of it. For example, if you book or take time off work with the intention of taking up the Promotion offer (e.g. attending a match) on a particular date, and the event is subsequently postponed, changed or canceled, we would not be responsible for covering your wages or salary for your missed day of work on that day or any other day off you take. This is only one example and is not intended to limit the general interpretation of this clause. 18. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the Specific Rules, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including without limitation Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube). You hereby release all such social media platforms from any liability. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Promotion must be directed to the Promoter only, and NOT to any Promotion Partners or social media platform.
Other rules
19. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion, Specific Rules and/or these terms and conditions if we consider it necessary or appropriate to do so for reasons beyond our reasonable control or if there has been a broadcasting or printing error, etc. 20. In these terms and conditions, any Specific Rules and promotional materials, examples are given to help illustrate some terms, they are not exhaustive and do not limit those terms in any way. 21. In the event of any dispute, our decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 22. These terms and conditions, together with the relevant Specific Rules, represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Promotion. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of the terms and conditions or any Specific Rules does not affect the remainder of these terms and conditions or any Specific Rules, which will remain in full force and effect. These terms and conditions and the Specific Rules do not create any right or benefit enforceable by any third party.
