Buckley Town recorded our biggest ever JD Cymru North victory with an emphatic 7-0 win away to Gresford Athletic on Saturday. Connor Littler’s header and Oli Blayney’s powerful close range finish put the Bucks two goals ahead at half-time, but it was after the break that Asa Hamilton’s side really turned on the style. Max Moore slotted home the third goal just after the hour mark, before substitute Aled Bellis netted for the first time this season in the 72nd minute by tucking away the rebound after Moore’s effort struck the post. Luke Mariette scored for the second consecutive game to make it 5-0 six minutes later, while Bellis scored two more late goals to complete a stunning 20-minute hat-trick and seal an emphatic away win.
