Airbus, Nathaniel MG Cup, 2-3, Asa’s first BTFC goals

A great night under the lights at Airbus in the #NathanielMGCup – not the result we wanted, but another storming fightback, lots of hwyl, but Asa’s first BTFC goals weren’t quite enough. We go again on Tuesday night at The Globe against Ruthin Town FC in the JD Cymru Leagues – we’ll see you there!

Dan’s Thoughts From The Dugout:
“I am so proud of the players and the attitude they’ve shown towards another difficult half time score line, and with some better decisions in the final third we would have caused them more problems. This is something for us to work on before Tuesday night’s League game back home at The Globe against Ruthin. As for the game, I think we played well for the majority of the match, a couple of errors have been the difference. The players are hurting and rightly so, they care, and we will learn from the mistakes which have ultimately cost us victory tonight, and be better as a result.
The lads absolutely love the support they are getting, and they are proving game on game that they will work and work and work for the team, and for the Club, and for the people who come to support us. The support that you are giving them is driving that desire, so all I can say is thank you to everyone who is supporting us, I hope the effort and desire you are seeing on the pitch goes some way to repaying you.”
